Custom implementation for unique processes
A financial corporation wanted to use Salesforce.com to streamline its lending process and automate their quote generation and business pipeline.
By carefully mapping the business and pipeline flow, and using standard Salesforce objects and third-party applications where possible, and building custom objects where necessary, we moved an almost 100% manual, paper-based process into a software flow. Data points captured by staff during the various deal stages were then coupled with conditional logic to automatically generate a quote document which serves as the basis for the final contract.
